Empathize
Students will launch the Conflict Resolution Decalogue project by connecting with real conflict experiences in their school community, practicing active listening skills, and gathering authentic user stories from peers. They will begin building empathy through interviews and reflection to understand the needs, feelings, and perspectives of other 3rd grade students.
