Students will launch the project through a rapid school-problem challenge, examine evidence about effective leadership, and create a team charter that prepares them to investigate an authentic stakeholder need.

Students will investigate a school or community need through source analysis, ethical stakeholder interviews, observation, and evidence clustering, then revise a structured empathy map that distinguishes stakeholder evidence from assumptions.

Students will synthesize stakeholder and source evidence into a focused leadership challenge, develop and revise an evidence-based How Might We statement, generate genuinely different responses, and use a transparent team protocol to select and justify one direction.

Students will build and test a low-fidelity leadership action prototype, gather feedback from peers and an external stakeholder, and document two evidence-based revisions that improve its clarity, relevance, feasibility, or inclusiveness.

Students will validate their leadership response with a representative stakeholder, trace design decisions to evidence, revise their action plan and communication product through multiple feedback rounds, complete individual portfolios, and deliver an assessed stakeholder presentation that prepares them for the Phase 6 showcase.

Students will present their evidence-based leadership action plans to authentic stakeholders, respond to questions, document feedback, and defend their individual growth using project evidence and the essential questions.
