Students will experience a rapid project launch that surfaces why routines matter, introduces the essential question, and begins evidence-based noticing about collaboration through a team challenge, arts-based observation, and a brief skills-and-reflection checkpoint.

Students will observe real classroom interactions, turn evidence into a clear How Might We problem statement, generate multiple routine-remix ideas, build and test a low-fidelity skit or movement prototype, and revise their team playbook materials using peer and user feedback.

Showcase
Students will present their Classroom Community Playbook and Routine Remix Showcase to an authentic audience, explain how observation and feedback shaped their routines, and document one academic skill and one social skill they strengthened through the project.
