Students will experience a fast-paced belonging challenge, gather visible evidence of inclusive behaviors, and launch the project by naming routines and questions that will guide later design work.

Students will gather classmate evidence about belonging, organize patterns from sticky-note observations and quick interviews, and turn those insights into a clear How Might We design brief with multiple routine ideas for improving inclusion.

Students will present their Welcome Week routine guide and Belonging Charter artifacts in a brief gallery-style showcase, use sticky-note evidence to explain how their design supports belonging, and complete a structured peer-and-self reflection that names growth, contribution, and next steps for inclusion.
