My Kindergarten Leader Research Page and Rule Prototype
Each student creates a one-page research artifact with a drawing, labels, and a short response showing what they learned from a book, class discussion, and classroom observations. They also design one low-tech prototype for a classroom rule, job, or routine that could make the room safer, kinder, or fairer.
Kindergarten Classroom Community Guide and Rule Poster Showcase
The class works together to combine individual research and prototype ideas into a shared problem statement, a final set of classroom rules, a jobs chart, and a simple high-fidelity poster or model for the classroom. The team presents the solution to families and school staff, explaining how feedback shaped their final design.
