Students will turn their classroom observations and empathy research into simple design ideas for rules, jobs, and leadership supports. They will sketch several options, build quick paper prototypes, test them with classmates, gather feedback from peers and an adult, and revise twice so their ideas better help everyone feel safe, fair, and ready to learn.

Refine & Showcase
Students will refine their Kindergarten Leadership Guide pages and classroom community visuals by using evidence from earlier observations, books, and prototype testing. They will complete a final user-check with school adults or another kindergarten audience, revise their work after peer and adult feedback, and prepare to explain how their rules, mission statement, voting choices, and leadership jobs help the classroom stay safe, fair, and ready to learn.
