Students will experience the project launch through a hands-on career carousel, ask and answer questions about jobs and tools, record early interests on a picture-based wonder card, and begin connecting careers to things they like and problems people solve.

Students will explore careers through a hands-on carousel, generate and refine questions about jobs and tools, and co-create a simple evidence-collection plan for their career poster by using observations, partner feedback, and class discussion.

Students will sort and interpret evidence from career notes, pictures, and interview responses, use that evidence to create and revise a career poster, and practice a short supported talk that connects a chosen career to personal interests and how it helps people.

Students will present their finished career posters and short supported talks to families, classmates, and school staff during a Community Career Walk, respond to simple audience questions, and add a final drawing or dictated reflection about a career that connects to their interests or a problem they want to solve.
