Showcase
Students will present and assess their School Culture Norms Wall, Culture Map, evidence briefs, survey graphs, and conflict-scenario role-plays during a gallery showcase with peers, staff, and the school counselor or social worker. Seventeen mixed Compass Points teams will use rotating presenter, actor, evidence-explainer, observer, and visitor roles so all 85 students participate; students may choose a non-acting role. Each student will give feedback to two peers using slips labeled “Evidence noticed,” “Norm in action,” and “Revision suggestion,” receive feedback, and help revise and retest one agreement. Students will close by comparing their baseline and final checks and contributing to the shared reflection wall.
