Products
Individual Teamwork Evidence Portfolio with Strength Map and Reflection
Each student creates a short portfolio that includes a personal strength map, notes from at least one real teamwork observation, and a reflection on how those strengths can support group tasks. The portfolio shows individual understanding of collaboration routines and evidence-based self-reflection.
Classroom Problem-Solving Toolkit with Collaboration Contract, Self-Audit Scorecard, and Demonstration Skit
Each team produces a shared toolkit that explains roles, helpful phrases, and a step-by-step process for handling group work, then tests it in a mini-challenge. Teams present their contract, scorecard, and a short skit that shows how they used strengths and feedback to solve a realistic classroom problem.
