Spanish Supermarket User-Research and Product-Origin Portfolio
Each student creates a portfolio with interview notes or observation notes, a product-origin research card set, and a one-paragraph problem summary in Spanish or bilingual format. The portfolio shows how firsthand evidence and research shaped the student’s understanding of customer needs and store communication.
Supermercado en Acción Collaborative Simulation and Live Role-Play
Teams co-create a working supermarket simulation with signs, role cards, a shared problem statement, and a higher-fidelity scripted role-play for an authentic audience. The final performance demonstrates customer service, product guidance, checkout language, and culturally informed product displays in Spanish.
