Research & Empathy
Research & Empathy
Students will gather direct audience evidence, test assumptions about younger learners and families, and synthesize interview findings into an empathy artifact, a How Might We statement, and a draft messaging brief that will guide later essay and multimodal design choices.
Days 2 - 4
Prototype & Present
Prototype & Present
Students will turn empathy findings and message briefs into testable multimodal legacy concepts, gather feedback from peers and community-connected users, revise with evidence, and present a stakeholder-facing prototype rationale that connects audience needs, design choices, and AP-style rhetorical thinking.
