Launch
Students will launch the blanket drive project by listening to a San Diego animal rescue volunteer, studying photos and care items, and beginning to paraphrase what animals need to feel safe and comfortable. They will use discussion routines to ask questions, build on classmates’ ideas, and connect the project’s kindness actions to real needs at the rescue partner site.
