Products
Kitchen Safety Investigation Notebook
Students compile a personal investigation record with annotated notes from demonstrations, a revised safety checklist, corrected pre-test responses, and a written explanation of how they identified hazards and chose safer procedures. The notebook shows individual mastery of kitchen safety content and evidence-based reasoning before lab participation.
Kitchen Safety Procedures Poster and Mini Lab Demonstration
Teams create a labeled safety product and deliver a short demonstration showing correct procedures for sanitation, tool use, and hazard response during a simple food task. The team report must explain shared findings, note any disagreements or anomalies, and connect choices to evidence from the investigation.
