Students will launch the veteran tribute project by analyzing brief veteran stories, photos, and quotes, identifying shared themes, and sketching an initial evidence-based idea for a digital tribute they can develop in later phases.

Students will analyze direct and source-based evidence about veterans, organize patterns in an empathy artifact, and draft a concise How Might We statement that defines a real audience need for their tribute work.

Students will present their digital veteran tributes in a live virtual showcase for an authentic audience, respond with empathy and evidence when describing their choices, and close with a brief gallery-walk reflection that captures appreciation for peers and personal academic growth.
