Plan Investigation
Students will develop a simple civic investigation plan by choosing a focused question, learning how to gather fair evidence from voting and discussion, peer-reviewing a method, and preparing source notes and talk moves they will use during the library and guest-based evidence collection.

Students will present their gallery walk signs and voting evidence to an authentic audience, explain how people make community decisions, respond to a question, revise their explanation in the moment, and reflect on how listening and speaking helped their group make sense of the investigation.
