Students will begin the project by exploring a nearby outdoor space with their eyes, ears, and bodies, then start a Community Passport page and mark how they explored on the class chart.

Students will use their eyes, ears, and bodies to investigate a nearby place, co-create a simple noticing question, and record evidence in Community Passports with drawings, photos, glued items, and sense stickers.

Students will revisit Community Passport evidence from recent outings, sort what they noticed by eyes, ears, and bodies, compare patterns across places, and prepare a simple shared museum-ready explanation of a favorite place using words, gestures, and passport artifacts.

Students will share completed Community Passports with families or another class, act out a favorite community experience, and show how they used eyes, ears, and bodies to explore new places.
