Superintendent Leadership Capture Card and Keep-Adjust-Strengthen Reflection
Each superintendent creates an individual evidence-based capture card from networking rotations plus a brief reflection on one strength, one adjustment, and one relationship to strengthen. This product shows personal understanding of peer-shared ISD practices and how they inform next steps in leadership.
What We Learned From Each Other Forum Board and 60-Second District Share-Out
Small groups co-create a shared forum board and brief share-out that connect individual insights into a coherent district-learning narrative for the full room. The product must show how peer evidence shaped the group’s problem framing, practical examples, and improvement commitments.
