Students will launch the project through a community-based observation experience, begin a tagged inspiration journal, and generate initial design questions from real visual evidence gathered with a local creative.

Students will gather human-centered evidence from community observation and interviews, organize it into a tagged inspiration journal, and synthesize what they learn into empathy maps and prioritized design insights that lead to stronger design questions.

Students will present their Source Swap Showcase materials to an authentic audience, explain how documented inspiration shaped their design decisions, gather targeted feedback from visitors, and complete a final reflection on their growth as observers, designers, and collaborators.
